Candidates must:
  • Have graduated no earlier than 2020, and will be graduating no later than 2022
  • Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by date of employment
    • Exception: This program does not accept MBA or PhD candidates/graduates
  • Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
  • Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship
Software Development:
Using advanced technologies, we transform enterprises and provide solutions from strategy to modernization, testing, implementation, and ongoing management of critical business applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • You will use your experience in application development to design, code, test, and provide industry leading solutions for our clients
  • You will troubleshoot any development issues reported by project teams or the clients
  • You will learn one or more of the following cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, RedHat, GCP
  • You will work in JavaScript, Node.js or frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


Associate Developer Required & Preferred Skills:

  • You have the ability to work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers

  • You are great at solving problems, debugging, troubleshooting, designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues

  • You have experience coding and using databases

  • You have basic knowledge or hands on coding experience in one or more of the following technology areas:

    • C++, C, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, SQL, ASP .NET

  • You have basic knowledge or hands on experience using one or more of the following frameworks/libraries:

    • Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, React

  • You have an excellent understanding of the software development life cycle and software testing


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • You have experience or are familiar with the agile development methodology & framework
  • You have knowledge about or experience using cloud technologies - such as IBMCloud, Red Hat, Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
